We’re ROTO Nautica, a Slovenian rotational-molding manufacturer with 50+ years of experience producing rotational moulding products.

Every ROTO Nautica hull starts as polyethylene powder inside a massive rotating mold. Heated and rotated on multiple axes, the material fuses into a single, seamless, multi-layer hull – no joints, no laminate layers, no gelcoat to crack.
This is why our boats take impacts that would send a fiberglass hull to your service bay. The color runs through the material itself, so scratches don’t show white. UV stabilizers are built into the polymer, not sprayed on top. And because the entire boat is produced and assembled in our own EU facility, you get consistent quality, short lead times, and spare parts that ship from Slovenia – not from a container ship.
