An independent boatbuilder, backed by a 50-year manufacturing group.
ROTO Nautica d.o.o. is its own company. We run our own boat business – our models, our dealers, our decisions – as an independent member of ROTO Group, a European leader in rotational molding with over 50 years of experience behind it.
That’s a useful combination to work in. You get the decision-making speed of a company small enough that everyone knows what everyone else is working on, and the engineering depth, materials expertise and industrial backing of a group that has been perfecting rotomolding for five decades.
Our boats – Hydra 450, Hydra 460, Hydra 530 and the Korkyra 650 catamaran – go out to family days on the water, fishing trips, rental fleets, resorts and professional rescue crews around the world.

What you’ll do
- Preparing and organizing the production workstation
- Assembling and putting together semi-finished products
- Handling products and using hand tools
- Installing various fittings and components onto products
- Quality control of products and packaging
What you bring
- Initiative, accuracy, and reliability
- A responsible approach to work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Vocational or secondary school education
- Good manual skills and basic knowledge of using tools
- Basic Slovenian and/or English
